If you have an appointment with this over the next 30 days, unfortunately, these will no longer be able to go ahead. or the foreseeable future. By the very nature of bridal appointments, close contact with brides is required while dressing and consulting. This means that it’s impossible to maintain the 2m distance guidance between people. Despite retail not having had specific instructions to close at the time of writing, as a socially responsible business it would be totally inappropriate for us to conduct bridal appointments in the current circumstances. We have a social responsibility to remain socially distanced and to shut our doors to protect you, your families and the wider community.
This isn’t the end, this is “just a dropped stitch in life’s tapestry” as Dell Boy once said. We will resume normal service as soon as we can.
If you have an appointment with this over the next 30 days, unfortunately, these will no longer be able to go ahead.
All brides who have your wedding dress stored with us are very welcome to keep it with us right up to your wedding day and all our normal services will continue regardless of when your wedding date is. This includes any rescheduled wedding dates. If you are getting married in the coming months and your wedding is still going ahead your fittings will continue as normal until we are advised otherwise by the government. Please get in contact to arrange them or arrange fittings if you have rescheduled your wedding day.
Willow Bridal will still be on social media, email and telephone during normal opening hours to answer any queries or questions you may have. I know it’s a distressing time and all those best- laid wedding plans are being changed or cancelled. I am absolutely devastated for everyone that’s having to change their wedding plans, committing to self-isolating and social distancing.
This is a really strange release for me to write as I know this isn’t goodbye and we will see you all soon. Willow Bridal will be back and better than ever.
See You Soon
