Shipping Policy

If the item is in stock it will be shipped via Royal Mail or UPS within 5 working days of order date. 

If we do not have an item instock you will be notified by email of its etimated due date and given the option of cancelling the order or awating for the item come back in stock and will be dispatched within our normal delivery schedule. 

Made to order items are made and supplied to you and can take up to 24 weeks to be delivered. 

You will be notified via email of its estimated delivery date. This is subject to change.

Once a made to order item has been ordered it cannot be cancelled. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Made to measure order has been made and supplied to you as a custom made item, you do not have the right to return for a refund or exchange it if it is unsuitable.

 

You do not have the right to return your item if you have provided the incorrect details or measurements.


Please be sure of suitability before purchasing. To cancel your tailor-made order or made to measure order you must notify us within 48 hours post-purchase.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected. 

If you purchase a stock item or a ready to wear wedding dress these can be returned within our standard 14-day return policy.

Any returns must be notified within 14 days in writing to hello@willowbridal.co.uk and receive instructions on returning the item

Items being returned must be returned with all original packaging, tags and in an unworn condition.

All items being returned must be returned via registered post to:

24 - 26 Wheelock Street, Middlewich, Cheshire, CW10 9AG

All items being returned must be tracked and insured for the full value and must be paid for by the sender.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a stock item or ready to wear wedding dress before the goods have been delivered you must notify us as soon as possible by email at hello@willowbridal.co.uk stating your reason for cancellation and with the following information:

- Your full contact details

- Details of the product(s) that you wish to cancel

- The reason for cancellation

- Date of purchase

- Our order/invoice number.

We will attempt to cancel the order prior to dispatch, however, if the dispatch process cannot be stopped in time before delivery of the goods we will email back to you with a collection date.

 

We will then arrange for the goods to be collected from you and you will be liable for the collection costs.

The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.

You will receive a full refund once the goods have been delivered to us and have been inspected.

Refunds will be made within a maximum of 30 days of your notification email.

PLEASE NOTE ANY BESPOKE & MADE TO ORDER GOODS CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE PRODUCTION HAS STARTED.

IN SUCH INSTANCES WE WILL CHARGE FOR ANY MATERIALS OR LABOUR APPLIED TO COVER COSTS.  

We reserve the right to cancel the order at any time until the order has been delivered for any reason and refund the customer in full.
