Payment Methods

Ready to Wear Products can be returned for a full refund in their original packaging with all original tags unworn within 14 days. It can usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the day after the date of your return, for your parcel to be delivered back to us and be processed. We will send you an email as soon as we have completed your return, letting you know whether a refund or exchange has and will be processed. Any refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method you used to place your order. This can typically take around 5 working days in the UK, depending on your payment method issuer. If you've returned more than one order in the same parcel, please allow an additional 24 hours for all your returns to be completed. If your returns haven't reached us after the return’s timeframe set above, please do get in touch using one of the contact options so we can assist you further. • Wedding Dresses that are made to order regardless of size or colour are a made to order item as they are bespoke. Made to order items are bespoke items and made to order and they are non-refundable unless the following occurs:

• The item is not of satisfactory quality

• The item is not fit for purpose

• The item is not as described at the time of purchase


You are required to pay the return shipping amount to return any items to us. We recommend you insure any items you are returning to us and use a trackable shipping service such as DPD or UPS. Ensuring a signature is required upon delivery. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and it is your responsibility until we take delivery of the item and sign for it. You have 14 days to return the products beginning on the day you receive them, and a full refund will be given if they fail to adhere to the points above. If you want the product repaired or replaced within 14 days and do not wish to reject them, please contact us to request this. Once you have received the product you are entitled to either repair or replacement within the first 6 months from the day you received the product unless we can prove that the defect was not present at the time, we shipped the product to you. All products must be returned to us in the above circumstances in the same condition that you received them in, including all original packaging, tags and be unworn. In order to return any item, you are required to provide proof of purchase and stating why the product is being returned to us.
